Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had a great view. The staff was really friendly and incredibly helpful. One of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in!
The hotel offers really spacious rooms in a great location with fabulous accommodation for the price. However, the rooms are not soundproof and might make it hard to enjoy full privacy. The new building, although small which could be a bit tight to navigate around the bed area.
The hotel rooms were spacious and had the best view ever, equipped with great facilities that made our stay comfortable. However, the dining experience had some inconsistencies. The location was fantastic with easy access to transportation and nearby dining options.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect with easy access to restaurants and a quick ride to downtown London. The rooms were well-equipped and a good size, though not reset like traditional hotels. The dining experience was a mix of excellent room service breakfast and some overpriced options. The hotel's communal area was lovely, and the proximity to popular landmarks like Tower Bridge and Shoreditch made it even better.
The hotel's location is perfect for exploring London, being very central and close to a tube station. While the rooms were spacious and clean, they had a tight kitchenette layout that made maneuvering around the bed a bit challenging. The service was excellent with a nice welcome drink, but the dining experience, though offering Spanish food, had some cold dishes and room service was not great.
The hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. However, the room lacked handwash, which was an inconvenience at the time.
